I love Olbas products, but I have one complaint. The child-proof cap on the syrup is impossible to open. After struggling for twenty minutes, I had to cut the plastic bottle open with a serrated knife and pour the syrup into a jar.
It’s not like this product is toxic. Why the (obviously defective) Fort Knox cap?
Reply From Olbas: Thank you for loving Olbas! Sorry to hear you had the problem with the Child-Resistant cap. These are the same type CR caps used on many products today. To open, you must push down on the cap and then open normally. Hope this helps for next time!
